Inimate Limited
Founder, Head of Development
Founded the company to facilitate and automate community-centered websites. All web applications are written in-house. Two Content Management Systems were created, the first in PHP (codename SugarCane) and the second using Python with Django (codename Spewn). A reciprocal link tracking web application was also written using Django (codename BuddhaThumb).
I designed and managed all projects. Inimate Limited had two employees, other than myself: a programmer (Bryan Newman) and a graphic designer (Laura Shumacher). We also enlisted the advice of consultants where necessary.
The flagship product of the company is MilkandCookies.com, followed by DevilDucky.com, PistolWimp.com and SugarJar.com.

Software Engineer
Architected, created and maintained a cross-platform, data driven, scalable release engineering tool called Overmind. Used by the Core Technology group and later adopted by Core Services.
After the project hit maturity, it was integrated into an existing in-house networked task management application that I took over and extended.
Features included:
o XML configuration
o Object oriented design
o Cross platform (Mac, Windows, Linux, multiple Unix)
o Networked (server/worker model)
o Scalable (new products/hardware still being added)
o Perforce driven (triggered by relevant code submissions)
o Web interface (start build, stop build, tracking, results, logs, etc)
o SQL backend
o Opt-in pass/fail email notifications (pass, fail)
Product is still in use today.
