Sr Developer

Experience and Abilities

  • Computer Science Degree or Relevant experience and or certifications
  • Ability to manage mid to large size projects independently
  • Experience with developing high traffic websites (100,000+ users/day)
  • Extensive experience with Relational databases like PostGreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL
  • SSL and best practice for web based security
  • 5+ years in Web payment systems and working knowledge of legal requirements
  • Able to create web apps in a multi-server environment
  • Working knowledge of Industry Standards, xhtml compliance / web accessibility / ADA standards / Section 508
  • High level communicator with both tech and non-tech individuals

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • PHP 4+, Python, Perl
  • Oracle, MSSQL, PostGreSQL
  • AJAX, DHTML, XHTML
  • Apache or equivalent web server tech
  • Virtual Machine Technology

Business Development Manager

Summary:

This position is responsible for managing key business relationships. The successful candidate will be clever, persistent and have excellent writing and editing skills, creative ideas, strong computer skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create/develop relationships with prospective clients through consultative selling, and nurturing the client relationship
  • Qualify new sales prospects into the sales process
  • Develop strategies to attack new business
  • Write compelling proposals that summarize the key findings and propose recommendations and an action plan
  • Move the selling process pro-actively forward to an effective close
  • Establish a rapport with the prospect; understand their decision-making processes, being able to overcome obstacles

Qualifications:

  • Seven (7) or more years experience in selling Marketing services, ideally Direct Marketing
  • Proven sales track record
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills
  • Situational fluency in high-pressure situation
  • Self-sufficient; tenacious and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Mid-to-high level expertise with MS Office Suite

Internet Marketing Specialist

Summary:

The Internet Marketing Specialist develops, executes and monitors effective online marketing campaigns, specifically using search engines as the delivery vehicle for obtaining targeted leads and acquisitions. This position requires in-depth quantitative analyses of marketing campaigns and customer data reports. The Online Search Specialist provides frequent progress reports regarding online marketing efforts and performance metrics to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills, creative ideas, strong computer skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with site owners, editors, and others in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing effective marketing campaigns with little direction
  • Creating marketing analyses and reports
  • Recommending general marketing strategies regarding market segments and targets

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years online marketing experience including campaign development and performance analyses.
  • Direct experience in search engine marketing with an emphasis on analyzing performance and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional quantitative analytical skills and aptitude and a high level of comfort utilizing the internet as a research tool.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client management, senior client support or business development).
  • Strong software use skills including in-depth knowledge Atlas
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access), and aptitude to quickly learn new tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
